Instructions for erasing personal data

You can send a request to Polar Aurora, or request a logout of personal information in the background to erase any information that can be used for identification, including: name, address, email, IP address, credit card number, etc.
After applying for cancellation, Polar Aurora will find the relevant information data in the system within 72 hours and delete it permanently, after that, no personal information will appear in the system.
Note: after deleting
1. Customers will no longer receive subscription push messages from any store.
2. The customer login prompts that the user does not exist.
3. Customers can re-register the account to generate a new user ID, which is not associated with historical data
