Return and Exchange Policy

In order to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable and hassle-free, we have established the following detailed refund return policy, which is designed to protect your rights and interests. 1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all goods purchased through this website, unless otherwise specifically stated or provided by laws and regulations.
2. Conditions of return and exchange
Commodity quality problems: within 7 days from the date of signing for the goods, if you find that the goods have non-man-made quality problems, you have the right to apply for a refund or exchange.
Wrong hair / omission: If we wrongly sent or omitted to send the goods you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours after signing receipt, we will arrange for you to make up the hair or return the goods for a refund.
Size / color inconsistency: Due to improper size selection or color inconsistency with the description (need to keep the original packaging and hangtags of the goods intact), you can apply for a refund or exchange within 7 days after signing for the goods, but you need to bear the return shipping costs.
No reason to return: some goods support 7 days after signing for no reason to return (need to meet the conditions of the goods intact, packaging has not been opened, etc.), specific to the product page labeling shall prevail. No reason to return the customer to bear the return shipping costs.
3. Return process
Application: Log in to your account, find the product you need to return or exchange in “My Orders”, take a screenshot of the product information, click on the customer service e-mail to contact us, explain the reason for return or exchange in the e-mail and submit.
Review: Our customer service team will review your application within 1-3 working days and inform you of the review result via e-mail or email.
Ship Back: After the review, our customer service staff will generate a FedEx face sheet, please contact FedEx staff to ship back the merchandise with all accessories, free gifts and original packaging. Please make sure the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
REFUND/EXCHANGE: After receiving the returned item and confirming that it is correct, we will either issue a refund or send out a new item according to your choice. Refunds are usually returned to your payment account within 3-7 business days.
4. Precautions
Please take good care of the original packaging, accessories and freebies of the merchandise so as not to affect the return or exchange application.
Returned goods need to ensure that unused, undamaged and well-packed, otherwise it will affect the smooth progress of the return and exchange.
Special goods (such as customized goods, consumables, food, etc.) may not support returns and exchanges, please refer to the instructions on the product page.
If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g. improper choice of size, color preference, etc.), the shipping costs incurred shall be borne by you.
In case of holidays or special circumstances, the processing time for returns and exchanges may be extended, please understand.
