Polar Aurora has modern local warehouses in several areas, including GA/CA and LA, to ensure sufficient supplies to meet the needs of our customers. We are committed to shipping your order within 24 hours of payment on business days Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays).

 

2. Shipping time

Same day shipment: For orders received before 11:00 am local time, we will try to ensure that most orders can be shipped on the same day to complete the shipment, but the specific shipment time may be affected by the amount of orders and warehouse operations on the day.
Delayed shipment: If you place an order after 11am local time on Friday, your order will be delayed until the following Monday for shipment to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of order processing.
Order Processing Time: We promise that the maximum order processing time will not exceed 2 working days from the time you place your order and complete payment.

 

3. Delivery Service

Delivery Address: Polar Aurora provides home delivery service to your home or office address. However, please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses that contain a P.O. Box.
