Article 1: The buyer can initiate a 7-day no-reason return or exchange application to the seller within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Note: The seven-day period starts after the buyer signs for the goods, and the full 168 hours are seven days. The time for the buyer to sign for the goods is subject to the time of the logistics sign-off.

Article 2: The goods returned by the buyer should be in good condition, and the goods shall not affect the seller's secondary sales.
Note: Good quality means that the product can maintain its original quality and functions, including the product itself, packaging, accessories, and accompanying trademark hangtags, instruction manuals, etc. The buyer opens the product package for inspection to confirm the quality and function of the product. If the goods have obvious wear marks or depreciation in value, the goods shall be regarded as not in good condition.

Article 3: If the buyer unilaterally returns or exchanges the goods for seven days without any reason, the buyer needs to bear the return postage of the goods; if the quality of the goods needs to be replaced, the return postage of the goods shall be borne by the seller.
